We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Looke Jobe Ltd. If for any reason you are not happy, this policy explains your rights to return items, request refunds, or deal with faulty goods.
Your Right to Cancel
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under UK law.
- You must notify us within this period by emailing admin@lookejobe.com
- After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- A copy of your order confirmation or dispatch note should be included.
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email admin@lookejobe.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely (ideally in its compostable packaging).
- Send it back using a tracked delivery service.
- Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
- Refunds include the product price and standard delivery cost (if paid).
- Premium/express delivery charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We do not offer free exchanges.
- If you need a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email admin@lookejobe.com with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
- This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Any customs charges incurred by Looke Jobe Ltd for a return may be deducted from your refund.
