These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Looke Jobe Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells any items (“Items”) on our website www.lookejobe.com (“Site”) to you.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Contract Formation

  • Our shopping pages guide you through the order process. Please check your order carefully before submitting.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • If an item is unavailable or out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

3. Products

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and      details accurately, slight variations may occur.
  • Sizes and measurements are approximate but as accurate as possible.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product details or pricing.
  • All orders are shipped in 100% compostable packaging, including mailing bags.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal.
  • All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If payment is not authorised, the order will not be processed.
  • Items remain our property until full payment has been received.
  • (Price Match Guarantee: If you find a comparable product from another leading brand at a lower price, we will match it. Proof of the lower price is required.)?

5. Delivery

  • Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.
  • UK delivery is our primary service; international shipping may be available.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, customs checks).
  • Deliveries will not take place on UK public holidays (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day). Orders placed around these dates may take longer.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, payable by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • If you cancel, you must return the items within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will include the price paid and standard delivery charges (not premium delivery). Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.
  • We do not offer free exchanges. If you need a different size/colour, please place a new order.
  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described).

7. Promotions

  • Promotions and offers on our Site may not be available elsewhere (including third-party stores), and vice versa.
  • Promotional offers cannot always be combined.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (logos, designs, text, images, and product descriptions) is owned by Looke Jobe Ltd or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without our written consent.

9. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited under law.
  • We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages.
  • We only supply products for domestic and private use

  • Your personal data will be processed in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
